Dukers DCGMA12 heavy-duty gas griddle, ETL and ETL Sanitation listed. Compact 12" countertop design featuring a high-output 30,000 BTU U-style stainless steel burner. Durable 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for superior heat retention. Stainless steel exterior construction with a double-walled insulated side panel and a cool-to-the-touch front edge. Precision manual controls with a standing pilot light. Includes a full-width grease drawer and 4"–5" adjustable stainless steel legs. Standard 3/4" rear NPT gas connection; units are shipped for Natural Gas with a Liquid Propane conversion kit included.

GAS CONNECTION & CLEARANCE

Unit features a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. Supplied for Natural Gas (NG) at 4" W.C. with an LP conversion kit (10" W.C.) and regulator included. Maintain a minimum clearance of 6" from combustible walls on sides and back. The griddle must be installed on a non-combustible floor or countertop with supplied legs.
