Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this reach-in refrigerator maintains precise temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. The self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system uses forced-air fans and an integrated back-wall air plenum to ensure uniform cooling throughout the entire 49-cu.-ft. cabinet. Managed by a digital controller with a clear LED readout, the unit includes automatic defrost cycles for low-maintenance operation. The interior is large enough to accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" hotel pans, with six pre-installed shelves and casters for immediate utility and mobility.
