REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this mega top prep table maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system features a forced-air design to ensure cold air is uniformly distributed throughout the 6.5-cu.-ft. cabinet and the high-capacity top rail section. The mega top accommodates up to 12 sixth-size pans (sold separately) and includes adapter bars for immediate and flexible configuration. Managed by a digital temperature controller and display, the C-SP27-12BT-HC ensures all ingredients remain fresh and safe for assembly in high-traffic settings.
