Turbofan® electric countertop convection oven, ETL and NSF-4 listed. Three ½-size sheet pan capacity, 3⅓" tray spacing, 23⅜" assembled height. One-piece porcelain enameled chamber, stainless exterior, safe-touch vented drop-down door. Electronic controls with digital time & temperature displays, 150–500°F thermostat, 20 programs, 3-stage cooking, and programmable steam injection. Bi-directional reversing fan, single halogen lamp, 2.8 kW (220–240V) / 2.5 kW (208V). Includes 3 racks and 3" adjustable stainless feet. Mountable on stand SK23; NEMA 6-15P cordset fitted. Supplied in 100% recyclable packaging.

ACCESSORIES: SK23 Oven Stand

Unit shall be a Moffat Turbofan stainless steel oven stand NSF-4 listed. The stand shall be constructed from stainless steel tube with castors, with front castors having dual swivel and wheel locks. It shall be fitted with 6 tray runners suitable for half size sheet pans. The stand shall be fully compatible with, and support, Turbofan Convection Oven models E22M2 and E23D3. Unit shall be supplied in 100% recyclable shipping packaging.
