The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system facilitates optimized airflow and is managed via an intuitive digital control system with a bright LED display. Forced-air cooling combined with a specialized air-duct system ensures that even with the expanded Mega Top capacity, all ingredients remain at food-safe temperatures. For protection during off-hours, the unit includes an insulated stainless steel roll-top cover and comes standard with pre-installed heavy-duty casters.
