This unit features three 35,000 BTU "U" shaped burners that deliver a total of 105,000 BTUs across a 36" x 20" cooking area. Built with a rugged stainless steel exterior and durable cast iron grates, it is engineered for high-volume commercial performance.

INFRARED HEAT & SUPERIOR DRAINAGE

Utilizing lava rocks to create even, infrared-style heat, this charbroiler imparts a smoky aroma to proteins while minimizing flare-ups. The unit features heavy-duty reversible cast iron grates that can be positioned flat or sloped to manage grease runoff, while independent manual chrome knobs allow for precise zone control. For easy maintenance, it includes a full-width slide-out waste tray and sits on adjustable stainless steel leveling feet.
