INFRARED-STYLE HEAT & REVERSIBLE GRATES

By using lava rocks, this charbroiler creates an infrared-style heat that minimizes flare-ups while imparting a distinct smoky aroma to meats and vegetables. The unit features reversible cast iron cooking grates that can be positioned flat or sloped to manage grease runoff, while four independent manual chrome knobs allow for precise temperature control across different cooking zones. For maintenance, it includes a full-width slide-out waste tray and sits on adjustable stainless steel leveling feet.
