This heavy-duty countertop unit features two powerful burners delivering a total output of 64,000 BTUs. Its high-polished stainless steel exterior and ergonomic chrome knobs offer a professional appearance while ensuring long-term durability for sautéing, simmering, and boiling.

CONCENTRATED POWER & EASY MAINTENANCE

Each burner is rated at 32,000 BTUs, providing concentrated heat for rapid boiling and consistent performance. The hotplate features a removable full-width waste tray and heavy-duty cast iron trivets for simplified cleaning and debris management. It is factory-configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for field versatility, and is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet to prevent countertop heat transfer.
