ROBUST PERFORMANCE & FIELD CONVERTIBILITY

Each burner is rated at 32,000 BTUs, providing rapid heat-up times and consistent performance for simmering or sautéing. The unit comes factory-configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit, allowing for easy setup regardless of your fuel source. For maintenance ease, the hotplate features a full-width, slide-out waste tray and heavy-duty cast iron trivets that resist becoming brittle under repeated high-heat cycles.
