Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this chef base maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system features forced-air cooling to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the 9.4-cu.-ft. cabinet. Each of the two drawers is designed to accommodate organized storage, supporting a combined total of up to 15 sixth-size food pans (sold separately). Managed by a digital temperature controller and easy-to-read display, the C-CB48-HC ensures your inventory remains at safe, consistent temperatures during peak foodservice activity.
