REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

This pizza prep table utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a consistent temperature holding range of 33°F to 41°F. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system employs a forced-air design to ensure cold air is uniformly circulated throughout the 20-cu.-ft. cabinet and the top rail compartment. The top rail is designed to accommodate 9 third-size pans (sold separately), keeping toppings perfectly chilled and easily accessible for rapid assembly. Precise climate management is provided by a digital temperature controller and readout display for easy monitoring in fast-paced environments.
