REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

This pizza prep table utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The side-mounted refrigeration system uses a forced-air design and internal fans to circulate cold air uniformly throughout the 14-cu.-ft. cabinet and the top rail section. The rail is designed to accommodate 6 third-size pans (sold separately), keeping ingredients perfectly chilled and ready for assembly. Precision is ensured by a digital temperature controller and readout display, allowing for easy monitoring and adjustments to suit specific product requirements.
