REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this mega top prep table maintains a precise temperature holding range of 33°F to 41°F. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system features a forced-air design to ensure cold air is uniformly distributed throughout the 24.5-cu.-ft. cabinet and the massive top rail section. The mega top accommodates up to 30 sixth-size pans (sold separately) and includes adapter bars for flexible fractional pan configurations. Managed by a digital temperature controller and display, the C-SP72-30BT-HC ensures all ingredients remain perfectly fresh for fast-paced food assembly.
