The integrated full-width, 9 1/4-inch-deep cutting board provides an expansive assembly station, while the expanded mega top rail ensures an extensive variety of fresh toppings are kept at safe temperatures and within arm's reach. REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this mega top prep table maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system features a forced-air design to ensure cold air is uniformly distributed throughout the 12-cu.-ft. cabinet and the high-capacity top rail section. The mega top accommodates up to 18 sixth-size pans (sold separately) and includes adapter bars for immediate and flexible configuration. Managed by a digital temperature controller and display, the C-SP48-18BT-HC ensures all ingredients remain perfectly fresh for fast-paced assembly.
