REFRIGERATION & PREP SPECIFICATIONS

Utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this mega top prep table maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system features a forced-air design to ensure cold air is uniformly distributed throughout the 18.2-cu.-ft. cabinet and the high-capacity top rail section. The mega top accommodates up to 24 sixth-size pans (sold separately) and includes adapter bars for immediate and flexible configuration. Managed by a digital temperature controller and readout display, the C-SP60-24BT-HC ensures all ingredients remain perfectly fresh for fast-paced food preparation.
